The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Understanding these terms will help you interpret your rights and obligations as a bg990s player clearly and without ambiguity.

Access to and use of the bg990s platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. All players must satisfy every criterion listed below before creating an account or placing any bet or wager.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on bg990s or to use any of its betting, casino, or payment services. bg990s operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling. bg990s reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, including at the point of registration, at first withdrawal, and at any point during the lifetime of an account. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When registering an account on bg990s, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. bg990s may use third-party identity verification services to confirm the accuracy of the information you provide.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one active bg990s account at any time. This restriction applies regardless of whether accounts are registered under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers. If bg990s identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, and any balances or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts may be forfeited at bg990s's sole discretion.

2.4 Geographical Eligibility

The bg990s platform is operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation and for complying with all applicable local laws. bg990s makes no representation regarding the legality of online betting in any specific jurisdiction outside of its intended operational markets.

By maintaining an active bg990s account, you accept the following ongoing obligations. These obligations are in place to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all players.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. bg990s will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other method to request your password. Any access to your account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bg990s support immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Accurate Account Information

You must ensure that all information held on your bg990s account is accurate and up to date at all times. This includes your name, residential address, email address, mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading information to bg990s constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Responsible Use

You agree to use the bg990s platform solely for lawful recreational gambling purposes. You must not use your account for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. You must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the bg990s platform in an automated manner without the prior written consent of bg990s.

3.4 Non-Transferability

Your bg990s account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other individual or entity. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account and all associated balances.

bg990s processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the payment methods listed below. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the terms set out in this section.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

bg990s accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
• Bangladesh Banks: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. For mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), the minimum deposit is ৳500 and funds are credited instantly. For bank transfer channels, minimum deposit requirements and processing times apply as communicated on the deposit page.

4.2 Deposit Restrictions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. bg990s does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from accounts not matching the Player's registered identity will be returned and may trigger an account review.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically within minutes of approval, subject to mobile operator processing
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days subject to card network processing

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

bg990s reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal. A Player's account must be fully verified before withdrawals above certain thresholds are processed. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where bg990s has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or money laundering. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before real-money funds equivalent to bonus amounts can be withdrawn.

bg990s offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register an account on bg990s and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, the specific multiplier for which is communicated on the promotions page at the time of the offer. The welcome bonus must be wagered within 30 days of being credited; unused bonus funds expire after this period.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Only one bonus offer may be active on a Player's account at any given time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play that meet wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• bg990s reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games and markets specified in the individual promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
• All bonus winnings are capped at the maximum payout specified in the individual promotion terms unless stated otherwise.

5.3 Voucher Codes

bg990s distributes promotional voucher codes through seasonal campaigns including Pohela Boishakh events, Eid promotions, BPL season offers, and Victory Day reward events. Voucher codes must be entered exactly as provided and are subject to the terms of the specific campaign. Voucher codes are single-use, non-transferable, and expire on the date communicated in the promotion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse Policy

bg990s actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinated play designed to achieve low-variance wagering through matched bets, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, bg990s reserves the right to cancel all bonus funds, void all associated winnings, restrict account withdrawal privileges, and permanently close the Player's account.

The following rules govern all betting and wagering activity conducted on the bg990s sportsbook, live casino, slots, and all other game categories available on the platform.

6.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

All bets placed on bg990s are subject to acceptance by the platform. bg990s reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed when the platform has issued a confirmed bet reference number. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet may be voided at bg990s's discretion. The outcome of settled bets will not be reversed on the basis of technical errors that occurred after the bet was confirmed.

6.2 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For cricket betting covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, the following specific rules apply:

• Match result bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).
• In the event of a match being abandoned or declared a no-result, all bets on the affected market are voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement confirmation — not at the odds prevailing at any earlier or later point.
• Ball-by-ball markets are settled based on the delivery outcome as officially scored. Disputed deliveries (wides, no-balls) are settled per the official scorecard.

6.3 Live Casino Rules

All live casino games on bg990s are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each live casino game are governed by the provider's published game rules, which take precedence in the event of any dispute relating to game outcomes. bg990s is not responsible for interruptions to live casino streams caused by the provider's infrastructure.

6.4 Slot Game Rules

All slot games available on bg990s use certified random number generation (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published in the game's information panel. Slot game rules, payline structures, and bonus feature mechanics are governed by the individual game provider's rules.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all betting markets and games on bg990s. These limits are displayed on the relevant market or game page. bg990s reserves the right to adjust individual Player wager limits at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bg990s platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity or location at any stage of account registration, verification, or ongoing use.
• Money Laundering: Using the bg990s platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to structure transactions in a manner designed to conceal the true source of funds.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one bg990s account for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading account closure decisions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, casino, or betting market, including sharing cards, signals, or game state information during live play.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the bg990s sportsbook, live casino, or slot games without the prior written consent of bg990s.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known errors are subject to void and reclaim.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated multi-account play as detailed in Section 5.4.
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or use the bg990s platform if you are under the age of 18, or allowing a minor to access your account.

Both players and bg990s hold the right to close or suspend an account under the circumstances described in this section.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Any player may request the closure of their bg990s account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to identity verification requirements being met. Active bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period through the bg990s responsible gaming tools or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion period has commenced, it cannot be reversed or shortened. Players under self-exclusion must not attempt to create new accounts to circumvent the exclusion — doing so constitutes a prohibited activity under Section 7. 8.3 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

bg990s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe
• Chargebacks, disputed payment transactions, or payment fraud
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations requiring account closure

8.4 Dormant Account Policy

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. bg990s will notify the Player via their registered email address prior to applying a dormant account maintenance fee. The dormant account fee is deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis after the initial 12-month inactivity period. Accounts with a zero balance following dormancy fee deductions will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
